Failure to plan does not constitute an emergency

Well sometimes it does. The challenge is HOW to engage organizations in an emergent situation.

A failure to plan oftentimes translates into a plan to fail. Thankfully, there are people who professionally train for failure and are able to transition a failure to plan into an effective solution. These professionals are adept at clearly drilling through the process to define critical elements and areas of measurable, and quantifiable pain. For those skilled in the art of consultative sales, we are very familiar with the triad of pain. (People, Money and Time)

A clients willingness to be authentic, or transparent regarding the depth of a particular area of pain is related to a comprehensive solution.

Our success has been predicated upon building trust with our clients as we embark upon a partnership with the client, strategically focused on their total success. Providing clients with an immediate fix can resolve a crisis, but thinking strategically transitions a crisis into an opportunity.

So as the days pass by, budgets get constrained, and more is asked of less people, consider AVSG as an ally cognizant of these challenges, and poised to cast an new vision to your technological challenges.
