
Our organization positions itself as a full service solutions based focusing on the broad ranging requirements of Digital Signage. Where some of our customers indicate that they already know what they want. It is our challenge to carefully explore what they know. This results in our clients recognizing that over simplifying their requirements comes with significant limitations, and operational deficiencies.
When we have been given the opportunity to present the complete picture, we take on the role of a consultant. Now, in some circles this has very negative connotations. Our customers have explained that consultants provide a valuable service in the upfront analysis to develop a comprehensive design or specification and then defer the responsibility of system functionality to others.
We work with consultants everyday and are appreciate of their role with the end user. In those instances where a client wants a closed loop of accountability we have risen to become the Partner of choice.

A key factor we are experiencing is the abundance of Audio and Video retailers in the Home Theater Market attempting to participate in the Digital Signage market. While the phone calls continue, and referrals fill our inbox, we are addressing this through creating strategic alliances.
