In spirit of the Christmas season, I felt prompted to share some love with a valued partner. The people which support this organization deserve a warm thank you for a plethora of reasons. Predominantly, they are leaps and bounds ahead on service, responsiveness, and overall professionalism to their competitors (which will remain nameless).
Having had the privileged of being invited to their sponsored tradeshow, focused training sessions, in addition to a social get to know you football game (sorry they lost), the servant based enthusiasm is pervasive.
With the rapid advancement of technology, pushing face to face communication into era of punch card computing, Electrograph creatively maintains a path of continued communication. As they strive to provide services directly addressing the customer (my) needs, they willingly acknowledge their weakness'. Which from my perspective, are easily overlooked directly tied to thier strengths.
For those that I share my unusual humor, through the phone, email trains, webinar chats, and even face to face dialogue I thank you and appreciate what you provide specifically to our company, and more broadly the industry.
And as host of the blog, willing to cast aside politcal correctness.
