Will DS become more attractive if Radio Dies?

Every day I scour my rss feeds attempting to filter true note worthy events from the worthless "press release". The other day I came across a sound byte about Radio, Satellite, and the demise of Muzak.

What sounds like another victim in our financial climate stimulated a moment of pause. Could DS be the next form of entertainment. Today, probably not. Even though I am entertained every time I fill up my vehicle and watch a funny video.

But as more and more business grab a hold of DOOH advertising, I am sure that somebody is going to create the hook. It is up to us to be cognizant of who is leaving, who is entering, and be knowledgeable regarding broadcast content.

Can you say ASCAP?
